An all-levels Vinyasa Flow, ending with some deep stretches and longer held Yin postures to help wind down the energy of the day (with instructor, Allie Doiron).
Bring a mat, water and any props that you like to practice with. Classes are held OUTDOORS on the back lawn of Cedar Walk Wellness Center and are weather permitting. Allie will contact/refund you if class is cancelled due to weather.
