Community Wellness Event

Friday June 28th 5:30-8:30pm

Join us for an outdoor evening of Self-Care & Community Wellness. We will be offering Chair Massage, Acupuncture, Energy Healing, Yoga and Sound Bath!

Enjoy this event as an opportunity to sample some wellness modalities that we offer and to meet our amazing team of practitioners! We are honored to serve you in health and wellness.

There will be sign up sheets at the event for Chair Massage, Acupuncture and Energy Healing sessions. Consider arriving early before slots fill up. Payment for these services will be donation based.

The community Yoga class begins at 6:30pm. It will be an embodied, 45 minute flow led by Rebekah Davis. Class will begin with meditation and breath practice, then move into a gentle vinyasa flow, ending with a nourishing body scan and Sound Bath (played by Elizabeth Cash). All levels of ability are welcome. Yoga/Sound Bath is FREE and pre-registration is NOT required.
*Please bring a mat and water bottle to practice!
*Please note: this is an OUTDOOR class. We will be practicing in the back yard on the grass. Bring bug spray if necessary.
